Monday, February 19th

MWAC Men's Basketball: On Monday, February 19th Illinois Central Men's Basketball traveled to Champaign, Illinois to play Parkland. Parkland Men's Basketball won 82-70. Lincoln Land Community College Men's Basketball and John Wood Community College also played on Monday in Springfield, Illinois where John Wood came out on top with a score of 83-75. Lincoln College Men's Basketball traveled to Danville where Danville fell to Lincoln 70-59.

Tuesday, February 20th

MWAC Women's Basketball: On Tuesday, February 20th Lincoln College Women's Basketball played at home against Olney Central College. Lincoln College Women's Basketball won 91-58.

Wednesday, February 21st

MWAC Women's Basketball: On February 21st, Lincoln Land Community College Women's Basketball played at home against John Wood Community College Women's Basketball. Lincoln Land gained the win over John Wood with a score of 70-63. Lincoln College Women's Basketball traveled to Danville Area Community College where Lincoln Women's Basketball played an outstanding game with a score of 83-38. On Wednesday, Parkland Women's Basketball and Lewis & Clark Women's Basketball played in Champaign, Illinois. Parkland won over Lewis & Clark 71-46.

Thursday, February 22nd

MWAC Baseball: On Thursday, February 22nd Parkland College and John A. Logan College played in the Logan Classic in Carbondale, Illinois where Parkland gained the victory with a score of 3-0.

Friday, February 23rd

MWAC Baseball: On Friday, February 23rd Spoon River and Bevill State Community College played each other with Spoon coming out on top with a score of 4-0. Lincoln Land Community College Baseball played Kishwaukee College on Friday. Lincoln Land won 6-5. Spoon River played another game on Friday against Bevill State Community College where they fell to Bevill 7-0. Illinois Central College and Carl Sandburg were set for a game in the Logan Classic in Carterville, Illinois on Friday, but it was cancelled.

MWAC Softball: On Friday, February 23rd ICC Softball played in the Gwen Magee Invitational in Ellisville, Mississippi. Illinois Central played Northwestern Mississippi Community College where they won 5-1. ICC played their second game of the day against Coastal Alabama-South where they fell 7-6. Spoon River Softball was in Meridian, Mississippi where they played Meridian Community College and won 15-5 in five innings. Spoon River then played Wallace State Community College-Hanceville for their second game. Spoon River fell in a close game of 3-2. Spoon River's third game was against Bevill State Community College where they lost 11-1. Their final game of the tournament was against Northeast Mississippi Community College where they lost 10-4.

Saturday, February 24h

MWAC Men's Basketball: On Saturday, February 24th John Wood Community College Men's Basketball traveled to Parkland in Champaign, Illinois. Parkland won over John Wood 72-57. Lincoln College Men's Basketball shut down Illinois Central College at home on Saturday with a score of 94-64. Danville Area Community College Men's Basketball traveled to Lincoln Land where Danville took the victory with a score of 76-60.

MWAC Women's Basketball: On Saturday, Danville Area Community College Women's Basketball traveled to Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, Illinois. Lincoln Land defeated Danville 71-34. Lewis & Clark Women's Basketball played at home against Lincoln College on Saturday where Lewis & Clark won 83-71. John Wood Women's Basketball traveled to Champaign, Illinois to play Parkland Community College Women's Basketball on Saturday. Both John Wood and Parkland played a very close game, but in the end John Wood came out on top with a score of 56-53.

MWAC Baseball: On Friday, February 24th, Spoon River College and Bevill played. Bevill State Community College took the win over Spoon 2-1. Parkland Baseball played Triton on Friday where Parkland fell to Triton 6-4. Lincoln Land Community College Baseball played Kishwaukee College where Lincoln Land fell 10-7. Finally, Spoon River Baseball played Bevill State Community College were they lost 5-4.

MWAC Softball: On Saturday, February 24th, Illinois Central was still in Ellisville, Mississippi where they played two games against Jones County Junior College. ICC fell both games. The first game was 7-0 and the second game 9-2.

Sunday, February 25th

MWAC Baseball: On Sunday, February 25th, Parkland traveled to Triton College where they played seven innings. Parkland came out on top winning the game 8-3. Lincoln Land Community College Baseball played at home on Sunday against Kishwaukee College. The first game, Lincoln Land gained the win 10-7. The second game, Lincoln Land Baseball fell to Kishwaukee with a score of 8-5. Parkland and Triton played a second game on Sunday with Parkland gaining another win of 9-5.

Monday, February 26th

MWAC Baseball: On Monday, Heartland Community College Baseball played Illinois Wesleyan University in a scrimmage where HCC won 6-0.

Tuesday, February 27th

MWAC Baseball: On Tuesday, Heartland Baseball played another scrimmage against Illinois Wesleyan University. Heartland gained the win over Wesleyan 8-1.

MWAC Softball: On Tuesday, Parkland Softball played their first games of the season against Rend Lake College. Parkland fell the first game with a close score of 1-0. The second game Parkland lost 5-2.

Wednesday, February 28th

MWAC Men's Basketball: On February 28th, Lincoln Land Community College traveled to Lincoln College in Lincoln, Illinois where Lincoln Land fell to Lincoln 76-64. John Wood Men's Basketball played Illinois Central College at home where John Wood pulled out a win of 76-68. Parkland and Danville Area Community College Men's Basketball played on Wednesday with a close game of 68-64 with Parkland taking home the victory.

MWAC Women's Basketball: On Wednesday, for MWAC Women's Basketball, Lincoln Land Community College Women's Basketball traveled to Lincoln to play Lincoln College Women's Basketball Team. Lincoln College gained the victory with a win over Lincoln Land 86-67. John Wood Women's Basketball played Lewis & Clark at home on Wednesday where John Wood won 73-66. Parkland College Women's Basketball traveled to Danville where Parkland took home the win with a score of 64-35.

Thursday, March 1st

MWAC Baseball: On Thursday, March 1st Lewis & Clark Community College Baseball traveled to Southwestern Illinois College. Lewis & Clark fell to Southwestern Illinois College in a close game of 10-9.

Friday, March 2nd

MWAC Baseball: On Friday, March 2nd Heartland Baseball played seven innings at home against Triton College. Heartland gained the win over Triton in a close game of 7-6. John Wood Baseball traveled to Kaskaskia College where they also played seven innings. John Wood fell to Kaskaskia 14-0. Parkland College and Southeastern Community College played in Marion on Friday. Southeastern won over a close game of 4-3. ICC Baseball traveled to play Jones County Junior College where they fell 7-5. Heartland and Triton played a second game of seven innings on Friday where Heartland gained a second win with a score of 4-1. ICC and Jones County Junior College played a second game as well where ICC fell 8-1.

MWAC Softball: Lewis & Clark Softball was scheduled to play two games on March 2nd against East Central College at 2:00pm and 4:00pm.

Saturday, March 3rd

MWAC Men's Basketball: On Saturday, March 3rd Lincoln Land Community College Men's Basketball traveled to Parkland College. Lincoln Land Community College gained the victory over Parkland 71-62. John Wood Community College and Lincoln College Men's Basketball also played on Saturday in Lincoln where John Wood won 81-76. Danville Men's Basketball traveled to ICC where they played a close game, but Danville came out on top with a score of 81-79.

MWAC Women's Basketball: On March 3rd, Parkland and Lincoln Women's Basketball played at Parkland. Parkland won over Lincoln Land Community College 64-52. John Wood Women's Basketball traveled to Lincoln College in Lincoln where John Wood took home the victory with a score of 64-57. Danville and Lewis & Clark were set to play a game at 1:00pm on Saturday at Lewis & Clark Community College.

MWAC Baseball:

On Saturday, March 3rd Lincoln Land Baseball played against ASA College in eight innings. Lincoln Land Baseball fell to ASA College 6-1. Lincoln Land and ASA College played a second game on Saturday where ASA won over Lincoln Land 4-2.

ICC Baseball traveled to MGM Park in Biloxi where they played Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Mississippi Gulf Coast won 4-3. Illinois Central played their second game of the day against Baton Rouge Community College in Biloxi, Mississippi. ICC fell 10-6 in seven innings. 

John Wood traveled to Kaskaskia College where they fell 11-1. John Wood and Kaskaskia played a second game on Saturday where Kaskaskia won 6-0.

Lewis & Clark Baseball played at home against Kirkwood Community College. Kirkwood won 7-5. Lewis & Clark Community College and Kirkwood played their second game on Saturday in seven innings. Kirkwood took home the victory with a score of 11-1.

Heartland Community College Baseball played at home against Ellsworth Community College where Heartland took the win with a score of 5-2. Heartland Baseball played their second game of the day on Saturday, March 3rd in eight innings. Heartland won over Ellsworth 15-7.

Parkland Baseball played Rend Lake College at Car Shield Field where Parkland won 5-1. Parkland and Rend Lake College played another game on Saturday at Car Shield Field in seven innings. Parkland came out on top with a victory over Rend Lake of 8-1.

MWAC Softball: On Saturday, March 3rd Lincoln Land Community College Softball played two games against South Florida State College. The first game South Florida State won 13-3 in five innings. The second game, Lincoln Land Community College won 9-6 in eight innings.

Sunday, March 4th

MWAC Baseball:

On Sunday, March 4th Lincoln Land Community College Baseball played South Florida State College. Lincoln Land took the victory over South Florida State in a close game of 10-9.

Lewis & Clark Community College played Kirkwood Community College at home on Sunday. Lewis & Clark fell to Kirkwood 12-0. Lewis & Clark and Kirkwood Baseball played a second game on Sunday, March 4th where Kirkwood gained the win with a score of 5-1.

ICC and Pearl River Community College were set to play at 12:00pm and 2:00pm.

Spoon River College and Rend Lake had a game set for 12:00pm and 2:30pm.

Heartland Community College Baseball played Ellsworth Community College at home in seven innings. Heartland won 15-5.

Danville Area Community College is playing in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina where they had games set to play against Henry Ford College and CCBC Dundalk at 5:00pm.

Parkland Baseball was set to play Elgin Community College at 5:00pm today in O'Fallon, Missouri.

MWAC Softball: On Sunday, March 4th Lincoln Land Community College Softball played two games against Lake-Sumter State College. Both games the score was 4-3 with Lake-Sumter State College coming out on top for both. Danville Area Community College Softball is in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. They played Garrett College and won 11-0 in five innings and played Olney Central College and won 8-3. Parkland Softball is in Titusville, Florida where they fell to Eastern Florida State College in two games. The first game 3-0 and the second game 10-2.

 

UPCOMING

Monday, March 5th

MWAC Baseball: Danville Area Community College Baseball will spend the week in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina where they will play two games on Monday at 8:00am and 11:00am. Lincoln College will be traveling to Winter Haven, Florida where they will play two games on Monday at 12:00pm and 2:00pm. Lincoln Land Community College will be playing Pasco-Hernando State College at 1:00pm.

MWAC Softball: Parkland Softball will be playing two games on March, 5th against Sinclair Community College. One at 7:30am and the second at 10:00am. Danville Softball will be playing three games. Danville's first game is at 9:30am against Garrett College. Their second game is at 1:30pm against Alpena Community College and their third and final game of the day is at 5:30pm against Penn State-Fayette. Lincoln College Softball will be in Myrtle Beach playing two games at 11:00pm and 1:00pm. Their opponent for the first game is Grand Rapids Community College and the second game at 1:00pm is Henry Ford College.

Tuesday, March 6th

MWAC Baseball: Danville Area Community College will still be playing in Myrtle Beach. They will play one game on Tuesday, March 6th at 10:00am. Lincoln College will be playing two game on Tuesday in Auburndale, Florida. The first game at 3:30pm and the second game at 5:30pm. Lincoln Land Community College Baseball will be playing the College of Central Florida at 2:00pm.

MWAC Softball: Parkland Softball will still be in Titusville, Florida where they will play two games on Tuesday at 8:30am and 4:00pm. Danville will still be in Myrtle Beach where they will play a game at 9:30am and a game at 1:30pm. Lincoln Land Community College Softball will be playing two games on Tuesday at 12:00pm and 2:00pm. Lewis & Clark will be playing two games as well against St. Charles Community College at 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Finally, Lincoln will be in Myrtle Beach with a game at 3:00pm and 4:00pm.

Wednesday, March 7th

MWAC Baseball: On March 7th, Lewis & Clark will be heading to Niceville, Florida where they will play their only game on Wednesday at 1:00pm.

MWAC Softball: Lincoln Land Softball will be playing two games on Wednesday, March 7th at Daytona State Community College. The first game at 3:00pm and the second game at 5:00pm.

Thursday, March 8th

MWAC Men's Basketball: The MWAC Men's Basketball Regional Tournament starts on Thursday, March 8th. The Region 24 Tournament will be held at Danville Area Community College with the Region 24 Quarterfinals at 6:00pm on Friday, March 9th.

MWAC Baseball: Lincoln Land Community College Baseball will play Southeastern University at 10:00am on Thursday, March 8th. Lewis & Clark Baseball will still be in Niceville, Florida where they will play their only game at 11:00am. Danville Area Community College Baseball will still be playing in Myrtle Beach where they will be playing a game at 2:30pm and 5:00pm. Lincoln College Baseball will still be in Auburndale, Florida where they will also play two game on Thursday at 3:00pm and 5:00pm.

MWAC Softball: Lincoln College Softball will play one game on March 8th at 11:00am. Danville Softball will play two games in Myrtle Beach at 11:30am and 1:00pm. Parkland will be taking their Spring Break to Cocoa Beach where they will be playing one game on Thursday at 3:30pm. Spoon River will also be heading to Cocoa Beach for their Spring Break. Spoon River will play two games on the 8th at 2:30pm and 5:00pm. 

Friday, March 9th

MWAC Women's Basketball: On Friday, March 9th the MWAC Women's Basketball Regional Tournament is set to take place at Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, Illinois with a start time of 12:00pm and another game following at 6:00pm.

MWAC Baseball: Lincoln Land Baseball will be playing Glen Oaks Community College on Friday, March 9th at 8:00am. Lincoln Land then has a second game set against Frederick Community College at 11:00am. Lincoln College will be in Winter Haven, Florida on Friday playing two games at 8:00am and 11:30am. Danville Baseball will still be in Myrtle Beach where they are set to play at 9:00am. Lewis & Clark Baseball will still be in Niceville, Illinois they have games set to play at 11:00am and 1:00pm. Finally, Parkland will play on Friday against Vincennes University at 3:00pm.

MWAC Softball: On March 9th, Heartland Softball will start their spring season in Leesburg, Florida where they will play three games. First game at 8:00am, second game at 1:00pm, and third game at 3:30pm. Parkland will be playing three games on Friday. First game at 8:30am, second at 12:30pm, and third at 3:00pm. Spoon River will take on two games on Friday, March 9th. One at 10:30 and the second at 3:30pm. Lincoln College will also play two, one at 11:00am and one at 12:00pm in Myrtle Beach. Finally, Lincoln Land Community College will take on Santa Fe College at 12:00pm and 2:00pm.
